Funny story about this work. These pieces (and more) were originally developed for a small, independent distillery who wanted to "take the fight to the big boys;" essentially calling out what they considered to be deceptive marketing practices. The "Fast & Loose" ad was created as a shot across the bow, to be followed later by off-premise posters, etc. They ultimately opted against such a confrontational tone, and went in a far softer direction. But I kinda liked the work. So instead of citing them by name, I simply created my own brand of liquor to carry the message forth.
